Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which Stealth Writer (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers refunds for paid subscriptions and purchases made through stealthwriter.io (the “Service”). By purchasing a subscription or any paid plan, you agree to this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Overview

Stealth Writer provides an online AI humanizer and AI detection service offered on a subscription basis. We want every customer to be satisfied, so we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases made through stealthwriter.io. Please note that results may vary, as no AI humanizer can guarantee a specific score on any third-party AI detector.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original transaction date. The 14-day period begins on the date and time your payment is processed.

You do not need to provide a reason, and the guarantee applies equally to first purchases, renewal charges, upgrades, and one-time or promotional credit purchases. Please also read Section 4, which explains how we handle fair use and refund abuse.

3. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund under this policy:

  • The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase or renewal date.

  • The purchase was made directly through stealthwriter.io. Purchases made through a third-party reseller or app store are handled by that provider under their own policy — contact us and we will direct you to the right place.

  • The request is not affected by the fair use and refund abuse provisions set out in Section 4.

4. Fair Use and Refund Abuse

Stealth Writer delivers digital content and computing resources immediately upon purchase. When you complete your purchase, you ask us to begin providing the Service straight away and acknowledge that, under applicable consumer law and our payment provider’s buyer terms, your statutory right of withdrawal ends once you begin using the Service.

We do not apply this strictly. Trying the Service and deciding it is not right for you will not cost you your refund. However, we may decline or reduce a refund where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour — for example, consuming substantially all of the words, credits, or generations included in a plan and then requesting a refund of that plan, or repeatedly purchasing and refunding.

Where a plan has been partly used, we may issue a partial refund reflecting the portion that has not been consumed.

Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use rules — including misuse, fraud, or abuse of the Service — are not eligible for a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2.    Use the same email address associated with your Stealth Writer account.

3.    Include your order or transaction ID. A brief note about your reason is helpful, but not required.

We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Subscription Renewals and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, you may request a refund of that charge within 14 calendar days, as described in Section 2.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and are outside our control.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we are happy to help, and a refund is usually faster than a dispute. We reserve the right to contest disputes where a refund has already been issued or where there is evidence of refund abuse.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
